Precision Coaching
This is the room where I can read everything. Bar speed, breath rhythm, the way your shoulder rotates when you're tired, the second a lift goes from clean to compensating. Precision Coaching is private, in-person training built around how you actually move — not how the program assumes you do.
We start with a movement screen, a strength baseline, and an honest conversation about your week. From there, every session is a quiet exchange of small adjustments: a hand cue here, a tempo change there, a deload week when your sleep tells me it's coming. You're not chasing anyone else's program — you're building one that fits your joints, your schedule, and your stamina.
Expect three sessions a week, 45–60 minutes, with daily check-ins between us about sleep, steps, and food. The work is hard. The conversation is calm. The progress, after a few weeks, is impossible to ignore.

The Consistency System
The Consistency System is what most of my clients live inside. It's online coaching designed for people who don't need motivation — they need precision, accountability, and a coach who actually notices when their pattern slips.
Each Sunday you receive a week of programming built around the equipment you have, the time you have, and what last week told us. Daily check-ins happen on your phone — short, honest, never performative. I'm watching form videos, reading sleep trends, asking about the meeting that ran long. By Friday we already know what next week needs.
It works because it's boring. The same fundamentals, executed with care, while I quietly adjust the dials around you. Expect 3–5 sessions a week (you pick), weekly recap calls, and the same standard of attention you'd get if I were standing next to you.

Built to Stay
Built to Stay is the long horizon. Twelve weeks for the visible change. Six months for the kind that survives a holiday, a deadline, a flu, a wedding, a bad week. It combines the Consistency System with a structured habit framework: nutrition, sleep, steps, recovery, and the small environmental edits that quietly make your week easier to execute.
We aren't chasing a number on a scale or a deadline I can't control. We're building a person who, eight months from now, does this without thinking about it. Visible results are a byproduct, not a marketing photo.
