This Privacy Policy explains how Jahari Clemons, operating as JC Precision (“we,” “us”), collects and uses information from visitors to this website and clients in our coaching programs.

1. What we collect

When you contact us by phone or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share: your name, contact information, and any details about your goals, history, or schedule. When you become a client, we additionally collect training-related information you provide: body metrics, workout logs, photos and videos you upload for form review, dietary preferences, and check-in communications.

2. Website analytics

This site collects basic, anonymized usage data — page views, device type, and referring source — to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell any data.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to deliver coaching services, respond to inquiries, send program materials, and improve the experience. Client information is used solely to deliver and improve your program — never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing.

4. How we store it

Client communications and program data are stored in secure, password-protected tools (email, secure coaching platform, encrypted cloud storage). Form-review videos are deleted within 30 days of review unless you ask us to retain them for progress comparison.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jahkhoi911@gmail.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children

This site and our coaching services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.

7. Changes

If we materially update this policy, we will post the new version here with a revised “last updated” date.
